Single and double vanities in quartz, marble or granite — with the plumbing rework, faucet upgrade and mirror/lighting done at once.
Of every visible change you can make in a bathroom, the vanity does the most for how the room reads. Better cabinetry, a stone counter, better sink shape, taller (comfort-height) build, and updated faucet and lighting — that alone flips a dated bath into a current one, without opening walls or moving plumbing.
Standard vanity height is 30–32". Comfort-height is 36". If everyone in the household is 5'6" or taller, comfort-height is more comfortable to use (less bending), and it's now the default in new construction. Below 5'4", the standard height is a better fit.
Vanities are often paired with tile installation (new floor tile at the same time), small bathroom & powder room, and full bathroom remodel.
